Seth Myers Named President Of Air Evac Lifeteam
January 11, 2008 – Air Evac Lifeteam, the largest independently owned and operated air medical services provider in the United States, announced today that it has named Seth R. Myers as President, effective January 1, 2008. In his new position, Myers will oversee the company’s base and aviation operations, clinical care services and membership program.
Myers is a highly accomplished executive with over 25 years of experience in the air medical industry, including the last five years as Vice President of Operations of Air Evac Lifeteam. Prior to joining the executive management team at the company, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of MedServ International and Senior Associate for Fitch & Associates. Myers began his air medical career as a flight nurse for ShandsCair at the University of Florida where he later served as program director. From 1998-2003, he served on the board of the Association of Air Medical Services, including the post of Treasurer. Myers received his bachelor’s degree in nursing from Luther College and his MBA from Jacksonville University.
